Why do you use Polystyrene instead of Durafoam?
Durafoam is not high quality and is even cheaper than Polystyrene. With Durafoam you can only make one big blob that never changes. We use Polystyrene as this allows our furniture to be transformed into many different shapes and positions. Example (chair, lounge, bed, couch, etc).
Does polystyrene decompress over time?
It can and it depends on usage. We use top quality high density virgin polystyrene foam. If you ever want more fill we sell it cheap at the following link: http://www.sumolounge.com/beads
How do I clean the Omni?
Just wipe it down with a cloth and some soapy water. Nothing will stain it and your Omni will always look brand new.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from this website, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions: Sumo must be contacted within one week after you have received your purchase explaining the reason for the return. The goods must be returned to Sumo in 'as new' condition in it's original packaging. Please include a copy of your order number and invoice. Return shipping charges will be at our expense.
If our product proves not to be the BEST beanbag you've ever sat in, contact us within one week of use with the order number and your problems.
If we can't make it better, we'll refund you your money - all of it.
